*You have until 1 PM CST the next business day to provide us with the necessary shipping and payment information or your reserved bead(s) will be returned to inventory. Please be sure to provide us with an accurate email address, as all invoices will be sent to you by email. We now accept Paypal, as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
*Return Policy: No returns or refunds. If under special circumstances you believe that the bead you received is drastically different from the bead picture posted online, you may exchange it within 7 days of receiving said bead. In this case, you will need to contact us directly for an RA Number (Return Approval Number). All return shipment charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
